You can continue to use our service at your new address. Once your moving date is set, please contact our Customer Care Center at least 3 business days before you move in. Let us know well in advance so that you will have electricity from the day you move in.
Please provide the following information when you contact us.
1. Move-out date and time
2. Requested date to stop electricity service (*The date should be a weekday , and not on a weekend or holiday.)
3. Your new address
4. Supply Point Identification Number (written on the meter read slip, etc.) or meter number at your new address
5. Move-in date and time
We will contact you once the process is complete. You must submit a relocation form to the post office as well.
