We ask that inquiries regarding contract details are made by the account holder. If a family member, etc. wishes to make an inquiry on behalf of the account holder, that person must be registered as an additional contact. Additional contacts can be registered by having the account holder contact our Customer Care Center, or via MyAmbit Account. A parent, child, spouse, relatives, or the account holder’s cohabitant may be registered as an additional contact (excluding persons under 20 years of age).
