You will receive the renewal notice postcard at least 45 days before the contract expiration date. Please read the information on the postcard and, to renew your Guaranteed Savings Plan, contact our Customer Care Center by email or phone at least 1 day prior to the expiration date.
If you renew your plan via email, please make sure to include your name, customer number, and intention to renew the plan with the email subject of "Request to renew GSP". Here is an example:
